Great Belford Sausage Off

Many thanks to all who attended we had 43 entries and raised £117 for the Christmas Lights and Fireworks.

Overall Winner was Alan Connolley with his Venison and Red Wine entry in the "Other Meats" Section. Mick Parkin won "The Pork and ...." section with his Pork Marinated in Liquorice Root and Sharon Elliot won the "Home Made" with her Chicken and Stuffing entry.  Many thanks to Gill and Jill for tasting 43 sausages as the judges and Nigel for hosting the event. It was great to see the Swan looking as it used to with a roaring fire and full of people.
